Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated September 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how P2P Freedom collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the service. P2P Freedom is intended only for U.S. residents age 18 or older.
Information we process
Depending on how you use P2P Freedom, we process:
- Household and income information, including earner names, income sources, paycheck amounts, schedules, received income, and optional notes.
- Debt, mortgage, bill, reserve, and payment-history information, including names, balances, interest rates, due dates, payment amounts, escrow, and payoff activity.
- Plan preferences and calculated information, including projections, allocations, tracking dates, and appearance settings.
- Account and support information, including your authentication identity, Support ID, and support messages you choose to send.
- Subscription information, including your plan, entitlement, billing status, Stripe identifiers, renewal dates, and cancellation status.
- Basic technical information handled by our service providers, such as IP address, browser, device, session, request, and security information.
Please do not enter bank-account numbers, card numbers, passwords, Social Security numbers, or similarly sensitive identifiers into names, notes, or other free-text fields.
Where information is stored and processed
Your active financial plan is stored under your account in Replit-hosted PostgreSQL. Unsaved form drafts can remain in browser storage on the device and browser profile you use.
Clerk handles account authentication. Stripe handles hosted Checkout, payment details, subscriptions, and billing management. P2P Freedom does not intentionally receive or store full card numbers, card expiration dates, or card security codes.
How we use information
We use customer information only to operate, secure, bill, maintain, and support P2P Freedom. We do not sell customer information, use it for targeted advertising, or use it to train artificial-intelligence models.
Service providers
The service providers currently identified are Replit for application and database infrastructure, Clerk for authentication, Stripe for hosted payments and subscriptions, Google Fonts for font delivery, and the email providers involved when you contact support. These providers process information for their respective services under their own terms and privacy practices.
Cookies and browser storage
P2P Freedom and its providers may use essential authentication cookies, interface preferences, and browser storage needed to sign you in, preserve unsaved drafts, and operate the interface. P2P Freedom does not currently use advertising analytics or session-replay technology.
Resetting and deleting information
“Reset All Data” clears your active P2P Freedom financial plan and your P2P Freedom form drafts from that browser profile. It does not delete your Clerk account, Stripe records, Support ID, billing records, provider backups, or records retained for legal or security reasons. Historical copies may remain in provider backups until those backups expire under provider practices.
To request access, correction, export, or deletion of your information, email support@p2pfreedom.com. We process verified privacy requests consistent with applicable law. Some information may be retained when required for billing, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal obligations, and provider backups expire according to their applicable retention schedules.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service changes. The updated date above will show when this policy was last revised. Questions may be sent to support@p2pfreedom.com.
