Terms of Service

Effective and last updated September 17, 2026

These Terms govern your use of P2P Freedom. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. The service is intended only for U.S. residents age 18 or older.

Educational planning tool

P2P Freedom is a budgeting, debt-planning, and educational tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, or credit-repair advice. Calculations and projections are estimates based on information you enter and may not match actual lender, creditor, tax, or account results.

You are responsible for verifying balances, interest, dates, payments, fees, and lender requirements. P2P Freedom does not connect to banks, move money, or submit payments to lenders or billers.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your account and sign-in methods secure and provide accurate information. Do not use the service unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, or use another person’s account without permission.

Subscriptions, renewal, cancellation, and refunds

New eligible accounts receive fourteen days of free app access. When you choose a paid subscription and complete Stripe Checkout, a separate 14-day subscription trial begins. Your first charge occurs 14 days later. The monthly plan then automatically renews at $5 per month, and the annual plan automatically renews at $50 per year, until canceled.

You may cancel at any time through Settings and Stripe’s Customer Portal. After cancellation, paid access continues through the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds. Refunds are provided only for billing errors or when required by law.

Service availability and changes

We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue features or the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available service. You should keep independent records of information you need.

Intellectual property

P2P Freedom and its software, design, text, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited right to use the service for your personal, lawful purposes; they do not transfer ownership of the service.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent permitted by law. P2P Freedom disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms. To the extent permitted by law, P2P Freedom is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost savings, lost profits, or decisions made from estimates or customer-entered information. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Termination

You may stop using the service or cancel a paid subscription at any time. P2P Freedom may restrict or terminate access for unlawful use, material violations of these Terms, security risks, or nonpayment, subject to applicable law.

Governing law and changes

Florida law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise. We may update these Terms as the service changes. The updated date above will show when revisions take effect. Continuing to use the service after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
